Privacy.
Your privacy matters.
VIKA Tools is designed to process your text, selected images, and selected video files locally in your browser whenever practical. Tool inputs and selected media are not uploaded to the tool servers. Account details and payment records are stored to provide account and Pro features.
Anonymous use and tool analytics
Free tool uses are counted per tool and per day. If you are not signed in, a random browser cookie is used to remember your daily count; clearing cookies resets that anonymous count. We record tool-directory search phrases and aggregated daily tool usage to understand which tools people use or look for. Analytics do not store visitor IP addresses.
Accounts and payments
If you create an account, we use the information you provide to operate that account. Pro checkout is handled by Razorpay; payment details are processed by Razorpay and are not stored by VIKA Tools.
Journal comments
If you post a comment on a story, the name, email address, and comment you submit are stored so the site can display and moderate the conversation.
